I’m Brody Malone, a gymnast from Georgia who has competed at the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games and earned NCAA, U.S., and world titles. My path to the international stage has been defined by years of training, competition and continual growth within the sport.
Lessons from the Sport
Through those experiences, gymnastics has taught me essential lessons in discipline, resilience, and focus. Being part of Team USA has reinforced the importance of preparation, accountability, and the support systems that make high-level performance possible.

While my competitive career continues, I’m committed to using what I’ve learned to support and inspire the next generation of athletes. Gymnastics is about more than performance—it’s about developing the mindset and confidence needed to pursue long-term goals, both in sport and in life.
